Trivia
- Cheetas appear in Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth, a remake of Castlevania: The Adventure originally released on the Game Boy; however, this enemy didn't appear in the latter game and instead it actually made its first appearance in its sequel, Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge, on the same system.
- This enemy may be a reference to Cheeta, a chimpanzee character who appeared in numerous Hollywood Tarzan films and television series, as the ape sidekick of the title character.
